Role Description
Teams are how we get things done in the Scouts! We have teams covering all the different aspects of working with our youth members. If you are interested, please get in touch.
Purpose of the Role
Team Members contribute to the success of the team by performing assigned tasks and supporting the team’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Task Execution:
- Complete tasks assigned by the Team Leader based on individual skills and interests.
- Participate actively in team activities and meetings.
- Support and Collaboration:
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Share updates and feedback with the Team Leader and other team members.
- Learning and Development:
- Engage in learning and development opportunities provided by the team.
- Participate in regular team self-reviews and individual reviews.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Follow safety and safeguarding procedures.
- Ensure compliance with the Scout Association’s policies and guidelines.
Skills and Qualities
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Commitment to the values and policies of the Scout Association.
